| Head Coach Trevor Rose

Trevor
began his recreational swimming and coaching career at Orinda Park Pool.
In his role as Senior Coach there, he was age group coach for the 15-18s
and the 7-8s, and also designed and directed workouts for the other age
groups. He graduated from Miramonte High School in 2001 where he was a 2
time All-American in swimming, as well as being team captain, MVP and
1st team All-League in water polo. In his rec swimming career, Trevor
won several OMPA High Point awards, and also won 4 age group High Point
Awards at County. His favorite strokes are breast, back and I.M. He also
played varsity water polo for the U.C. Davis Aggies for 2 years. Trevor
recently graduated from U.C. Davis with a major in Communications.
Currently, Trevor is coaching Masters Swimming at Soda Center as well as
J.V. Swimming at Miramonte High School. He looks forward to sharing his
swimming knowledge and coaching experience with both the staff and
swimmers at CCC this summer. |

Mike
Theisen

Mike is
returning as Head Coach this year--his 6th year with our team. He is
very excited about the upcoming summer and is equally excited about
working with the outstanding 2006 Marlin coaching staff. His goal is to
continue to build on the foundation of stroke technique that has been
championed in recent years, and he looks forward to a fast and
successful season. Mike swam for MTSC for 7 years where he earned a
Coaches Award, set a team record in the 11/12 50 fly and received two
team High Point awards. While swimming with Orinda Aquatics, Mike earned
a Most Improved award and swam the anchor leg of a nationally ranked
(8th) relay team. As a member of the Campolindo High School swim team,
Mike was a 4 year DFAL finalist and a North Coast qualifier. He also
played varsity water polo for 2 years. Along with co-head coach Trevor
Rose, this summer Mike plans to focus on improving the technique of
every swimmer, while providing a fun and supportive team environment.
Outside of the water, Mike plays all of the saxophones and is an
enthusiastic A's fan. Mike currently attends the University of Michigan
at Ann Arbor where he's pursuing degrees in Jazz Studies and Economics. |

Marisa Chang

This is Marisa's third year as a member of the Marlin coaching staff.
She swam rec with the El Cerrito Gators for 2 years before joining
Orinda Aquatics, where she's been swimming for the past 6 years. Marisa
was also on the Miramonte High School Varsity swim team for 4 years. She
specializes in butterfly and freestyle and made finals at North Coast.
Marisa was honored as an Academic All American in swimming and was also
named a Contra Costa Times Prep Athlete of the Year. Marisa currently
attends the University of Washington (Go Huskies!). When she's not
swimming or studying, Marisa enjoys knitting, reading and baking. Marisa
is totally pumped for another summer coaching the most spirited team in
the OMPA!! |

Senior Coach Lindsay Schonborn

Lindsay is
heading into her third year as a member of the Marlin coaching staff.
She swam rec for OPP and spent four years swimming year-round with
Orinda Aquatics. Lindsay is a senior at Miramonte High School where
she'll finish up her fourth year as a member of the varsity swim team.
She is looking forward to her last season of swimming for the CCC
Marlins and another great season of summer rec coaching.

Tristan Kaiser |

Tristan has
been proudly swimming on the Cabana Club team since the age of 6. He has
played water polo and swam all four years at Campolindo High School,
where he is a senior. Tristan achieved All American status by swimming
the backstroke leg on the 1st place 200 Medley Relay team at NCS,
helping the Campolindo Men's Swim Team finish off a perfect season in
2005. Tristan is psyched for what he knows will be a great summer with
the awesome kids of CCC. |

Stefani Lowe

We are
happy to have Stefani back for her fifth official year as a Marlin
coach. She has worked successfully with our younger swimmers for several
seasons and has been a great role model as a member of our team as well.
Stefani has been on the CCC team for eleven years. She swims an
incredible butterfly and has an amazing kick, in addition to the warmth
and aloha spirit she shares with the team. Stefani is finishing her
senior year at Campolindo High School and is planning on enrolling at
the University of Hawaii in the fall. She is looking forward to another
season of splash at the Cabana Club! |

Coach Eric Johnson

Eric
has been swimming for Campolindo Cabana since he was a Mini Marlin 12
years ago. He was the OMPA High Point winner when he was 14 and holds
the meet record in the 50 free for the 13/14 boys. This will be his
third year as an assistant coach. Eric is finishing his junior year at
Campolindo High School where he is a member of the Varsity Water Polo
and Swimming teams. He is looking forward to another fun swim season at
Campo this summer. |

Amanda Kerr

This
is Amanda's fourth year as an official assistant coach for the Marlins.
She did a great job working with our younger swimmers during the past
few summers and we look forward to seeing her in an expanded role this
season. Amanda is a senior at Campolindo High School and is also a
member of the CCC lifeguard staff. |

Ben has
been swimming for the Marlins since he started as a mini-Marlin at age
four. He is currently a junior at Campolindo High School where he plays
varsity soccer and golf. Breaststroke and I.M. are his favorite events.
Ben is looking forward to helping swimmers improve their technique and
have fun this summer. |

Alyson Singh

Alyson
has been swimming on the Campo Cabana Marlins team for seven years. She
enjoyed being on the water polo and swim teams at Campolindo High
School, where she is a sophomore. She was a junior coach last year as
well, working mainly with the Mini Marlins and younger swimmers and is
happy to be back. Alyson is looking forward to another tremendous season
with the CCC Marlins. |

Sean Malley

Sean has
been swimming for Campo Cabana since the age of six. He is a freshman at
Campolindo High School. In addition to swimming, Sean likes to play lots
of other sports such as basketball and football. Sean greatly enjoyed
being a junior coach last summer and is looking forward to having
another great season this year working with the younger swimmers. |

Matt has been swimming for CCC for eight years. His
favorite event is the I.M. He is a sophomore at Campolindo High School
and played J.V. Water Polo for the past two years, as well as being a
member of the Swim Team this year. Matt helped coach the younger
swimmers last season and looks forward to returning again this summer as
a junior coach. He has also done several projects for the team as part
of his Boy Scout community service, including sanding and painting the
kickboard storage locker and building a platform for the team storage
shed. |

T.J. Barni

T.J.'s
first swim meet was at the Campolindo Cabana Club when he was 6 years
old. He was so scared that the Mini Marlin coach swam beside him,
offering encouragement in his effort to make it across the pool. Eleven
years later T.J. continues to swim for the CCC Marlins. T.J. is
currently a sophomore at Campolindo High School where he plays goalie
for the Varsity Water Polo team and swims for the Swim Team. T.J. is
currently working on his Eagle Scout project. He's excited to be a part
of the 2006 CCC Coaching Staff and is looking forward to being able to
provide the same kind of support and praise that enabled him to finish
his first event. |

Dana has
been a member of the CCC Swim Team since age 7. He's currently a
sophomore at Campolindo High School where he's a member of the Varsity
Swim and Water Polo teams. Dana worked successfully as a junior coach
last summer and has also been coaching for the Special Olympics Swim
Program for a year. |

Sara Kaiser

Sara has
been on the Cabana Club Swim Team since she joined the Mini Marlins at
age 4 and has enjoyed swimming each summer since then. Sara has also
enjoyed playing water polo for Lamorinda Water Polo and is looking
forward to continuing at Campolindo High School in the fall. She has
really enjoyed helping with the Mini Marlins and looks forward to
another great year of swimming and coaching for CCC.
